Is each piece made to order?

Basically yes! At the start of each drop, I will make a few in each size and then I will make to order once the pre-made ones have sold. I do this because I want to eliminate waste and try to keep Friday's Mercury as sustainable as possible.

Do you do custom pieces?

Of course!! Message me if there is something you want or have an idea and we can work together to bring your vision to life!
Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on custom pieces.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We have a 14 day return policy which means 14 days after you receive the item/s. They must be returned unworn, unused, with the tags still on and in a re-sellable condition. We ensure our items are quality checked before sending out our orders so if you are unhappy with the quality then please let us know. We will check if this is a manufacturing fault. 

We do not accept any returns on custom pieces.

We do not accept liability for any lost returns so we recommend that you return your item/s using track and signed. The shipping fee would need to be paid for by you as our returns are not free. 

Please allow us up to 14 working days to process the refund. 

To return an item then please contact us on hello@fridaysmercury.co.uk and make sure you include your order number and reason for return. Please allow us 48 hours for a response back. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Of course we do! :)


Everything is sent via Royal Mail. We will not be responsible if any parcels go missing. We will always provide proof of postage if requested.

As of 1st of January 2021, depending on your order and shipping country, taxes and duties may apply. 


These charges are issued by your local government and we do not have any control over this or the amount requested. If you have any questions on the charges we recommend getting in contact with your local customs department directly as we cannot assist with this. 

Taxes and custom charges are not a responsibility of ours, and will not be included in the total of the order or shipping cost. We are also not responsible for any extra taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.
